It’s not that long ago I bought a Wii console, and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the Wii-mote controller. Easy to use and robust, it really is an essential part of the Wii gaming experience that makes it so much fun. Now PC gamers can have a go at it in the shape of the GoLive2 Stix controllers, essentially copies of the Wii-mote that work on a PC.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that, it’s just unlikely to appeal to discerning PC gamers who are fussy about the games they play, so the market for these things is limited.

Still, if you’ve got young kids who are getting into gaming and you don’t want to fork out for a Wii console, maybe the GoLive2 Stix controllers are worth a try.
